I'm a fully qualified yoga teacher, living in Budleigh Salterton on the beautiful Jurassic Devon coast.

I teach yoga to suit all abilities and levels.  All my work is undertaken with integrity, honour and compassion.  I am passionate about yoga and want to share it with others.  I know it can help change lives for the better.

You can attend my classes in Budleigh, Exmouth and Exeter.  I will also visit your home and teach yoga on a one to one basis or with a small group of your friends.

My residential yoga retreats are all inclusive.  Yoga and meditation within everyone's capabilities, a time to relax, rejuvenate, de-tox and de-stress.  Visit local beauty spots and eat delicious organic home grown, home cooked meals.
